  I love going to the shopping centre and the adjacent retail park that recently got extended with other shops. It is a busy place on weekends but there are some nice shops worth visiting. The shopping mall is covered which is ideal for the winter and they organise lovely events for children - they had ice rink this winter and improvised zoos during school holidays - they have even brought camels on a few occasions. The retail park has decent shops and places to eat too. I visit quite regularly!

  Over the years, crystal peaks has turned more into a budget shopping mall I would say. Closing a lot of their higher end stores. Apart from next and marks and Spencers, it resembles more of a indoor village street. It's ok for the basic necessities a family home would need, but not good if you plan a full day out shopping with friends and family. The retail park just outside of crystal peaks is easily accessible, which has improved over the years. With a new restaurant and drive through open, I've noticed it attracts more of the Sheffield population and is often busier than crystal peaks itself.
