Terrible experiences time after time. Rude and offensive optician who made me walk from the consulting room to the front of the shop without my glasses (even though he knew how bad my vision was) Constantly having to ring up as they 'forget' to make notes or call back. Had to wait 4 weeks for new glasses because 2 members of staff forgot to process order. Glasses measured wrong, had to tilt head to see correctly. Lost new glasses case. Waited 45 mins for appointment despite having an appointment made. Inundated with letters to make appointments despite having just been and they still fail to add points to my boots cards. The list goes on.
